When is the application period?
Applications for Academic Year 2023-2024 will be accepted starting October 2, 2022 until April 30, 2023.
How will we know that we have been accepted for enrollment?
The list of qualified applicants shall be posted at the bulletin boards of the SLMCCM-WHQM Building. All successful applicants shall be further notified by telephone, mail or e-mail. The list may also be accessed through this website.
Is there an Entrance Test?
There is no Entrance Test. An English Proficiency Test may be required for foreign applicants whose medium of instruction in their country is not English.
When is the interview of the successful applicants?
Interviews will be conducted starting February 2023. Applicants qualified for interview will be informed of their schedule through phone, mail or e-mail.
Does the St. Luke's College of Medicine have international affiliation?
The St. Luke’s College of Medicine and the St. Luke’s Medical Center have affiliations with the following centers of excellence: Mayo Clinic, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Weill Cornell Medical College of Cornell University, and Harvard, Kyushu, Kobe, and Gachon Universities.
Do you accept AB or Bachelor of Arts graduates?
We accept graduates of any Bachelor’s degree course whether BA or BS provided the recommended subjects with their corresponding units have been taken within their degree or as additional courses.
Within what time frame should the NMAT have been taken?
The NMAT must have been taken within the last 2 years upon application.
Do you have a boarding house or dormitory for your students?
We do not have a boarding house within the college. There are privately owned boarding houses/apartments/rooms near the college.
I don't have all the requirements yet. What do I do?
For purposes of the application process, you may submit for the meantime a Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records from 1st year to the 1st semester of the 4th year level to determine if you satisfy the required subjects/units, a photocopy of the NMAT results, at least one Certificate of Good Standing (or Good Moral Character) and the accomplished Application Form.
Can I submit my application without taking the NMAT yet?
Yes, you may submit your partial application to determine whether you satisfy the required subject units. The final evaluation and processing of your application will only be done once you submit your NMAT result.
I applied last year but I did not make it. Can I reapply?
Yes, you can reapply.
Do you accept Transferees?
Yes, we accept transferees up to the level of 2nd year, provided you belong to the Top 20% of the class with no incurred failure and with good moral character. Transferees must also fulfill the same admission requirements set for a regular First Year applicant.
I hold a Dual Foreign and Filipino citizenship and obtained my Bachelor's degree in a University outside of the Philippines. Should I apply as a local or foreign applicant?
Even if you hold a dual citizenship, you are considered as a foreign graduate applicant.
I am a Foreigner who studied in the Philippines for my Bachelor's Degree. Am I considered a local or a foreign applicant?
You are considered a foreign applicant.
